These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of fancybonnet.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by Varando LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (“Fancy Bonnet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our products
Fancy Bonnet sells two kinds of product: classic cars, classic motorcycles & scooters (“Vehicles”), and automobilia — badges, manuals, models, and other motoring memorabilia (“Items”). Because our stock is pre-owned and largely one-of-a-kind, availability is limited and orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts. We describe the condition, specification, and history of every Vehicle and Item as accurately as we can, based on the information available to us; photographs are provided for illustration and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
2. Vehicles — please read before buying
Vehicles are sold used and “as described” based on the condition, history, and specification we disclose in the listing and in answer to your questions. We strongly encourage you to view a Vehicle in person, or arrange an independent inspection, before completing your purchase — contact us via Contact Us to arrange this. Mileage, service history, and documentation are stated to the best of our knowledge; where information is not available to us, we will say so rather than guess. You are responsible for arranging registration, insurance, and any roadworthiness testing required in your country before using a Vehicle on the road, and for any import, customs, or registration formalities that apply to a cross-border purchase. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights if a Vehicle is faulty or materially different from how it was described — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel and refund any order affected by such an error, before it is dispatched or before a Vehicle changes hands. Payment is taken at the time of order using the payment methods offered at checkout, unless we agree a different arrangement with you in writing for a Vehicle purchase.
4. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy a product. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order — for example if a Vehicle or Item has become unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there has been a pricing error — in which case we will notify you and refund any payment already taken.
5. Delivery and collection
Delivery of Items, and delivery or collection arrangements for Vehicles, are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the product passes to you once it has been delivered or collected; title passes once we have received payment in full.
6. Cancellation and returns
Your rights to cancel or return a purchase — which differ between Items and Vehicles — are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Fancy Bonnet and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability to you for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Vehicle or Item.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, and you can submit a complaint via the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
