Automobilia and other small items

Orders for badges, manuals, models, and other small items are inspected and dispatched promptly once payment is confirmed. Every order is shipped with tracked delivery, and you’ll receive a tracking link by email once it’s dispatched. Delivery times and costs depend on your destination and are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Higher-value items may require a signature on delivery.

Vehicles

Cars, motorcycles, and scooters are not sent by parcel courier. Once your purchase is confirmed, you can either:

collect the Vehicle in person from its current location, which we’ll confirm with you; or
arrange transport yourself, or ask us to help arrange a quote from a third-party vehicle transporter on your behalf — transport costs for a Vehicle are not included in the purchase price unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

Customs and import duties

Orders and Vehicles shipped, transported, or collected across an international border may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, registration fees, or handling charges in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices, as we have no control over what they will be. Importing a Vehicle into another country may also involve separate registration and roadworthiness requirements — you are responsible for checking and completing these.

Lost or damaged in transit

If an Item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@fancybonnet.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging, so we can resolve this quickly. If tracking shows an Item as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier. For Vehicle transport arranged through a third party, please refer to that transporter’s own terms as well as contacting us.
