Automobilia and other small items
If you are a consumer ordering from within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase of an Item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in the Republic of Cyprus.
- Email us at support@fancybonnet.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll confirm your return and provide the address to send the item back to.
- Send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to return it, in the same condition it was sent and in its original packaging where possible.
Once we receive the returned item (or, if earlier, proof that you’ve sent it back), we will issue your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to pay. Return shipping is at your own cost and risk unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or not as described — in which case we cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
Vehicles
Vehicles are individually inspected and described as accurately as we can. Because each one is unique, we strongly encourage viewing a Vehicle in person, or arranging an independent inspection, before you commit to buying it, and we’re glad to help arrange this — see Contact Us.
Your statutory rights are not affected if a Vehicle turns out to be faulty or materially different from how it was described — contact us at support@fancybonnet.com as soon as possible if this happens, and we will work with you to put it right.
